Polène offers a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Afford the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
