For orders shipped to the United States, sales tax is calculated at checkout according to state regulations. Since our products are shipped from our logistics center in Europe, any applicable customs duties are typically included in the final price for US customers.
What is your return policy for US customers?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all protective packaging and tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To preserve the beauty of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to light, heat, and humidity. We recommend applying a specialized leather milk or cream every few months and storing the bag in its original dust bag when not in use.
Are Polène products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Polène leather goods are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
